Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

  • Items must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.


Non-refundable

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of receipt and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, we will process the refund and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
A $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is posted.

  • Contact your bank.

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item in a different size, email info@elitesportgkusa.com with your order details and desired size.
 

Return shipping

To speed up processing, include a note with your order ID and request type: “refund” or “exchange” (include desired size).
You are responsible for return shipping costs; return shipping is non-refundable. If a refund is issued, $10 USD for shipping will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
